This place is alway my go to when I'm hungry. Their service is amazing as well as the food. You get a decent amount of food for the price! Plus their queso is the best in town! I always get the quesadilla grande, and I add shrimp for an extra dollar or so. It's a huge plate and is sure to fill anyone up!

Been here a couple times for meetings in Vincennes. Free chips and salsa are good, and prices are competitive. I was a bit disappointed that my carne asada tacos came on flour tortillas, rather than corn -- making for a less than authentic experience. But the meat tasted fine, and was decently tender and not too chewy. Next time, I'm eager to try the street tacos, which will give me a better gauge on the restaurant.

Restaurant is a bit small and congested, but overall a good place to eat. The Margaritas were great and came in a frosted mug. Food was really good.

As you can tell by the photos this is your typical Midwestern Mexican fare, if there is such a thing. Processed cheese soaked ooey-gooey. I avoid that. My expectations aren't high. Everything is relative here when it comes to Mexican food. Having said that, I was pleasantly surprised by my taquitos! They were actually shredded beef as opposed to ground beef! The menu said it was brisket - well - well done La Fiesta! The brisket was fantastic! It was tender and full of flavor. It came with guac and sour cream...ish. I think there was about a tablespoon of guac. It is a seasonal fruit here so that one tablespoon probably cost an extra buck on my meal. Wish there was a pile. I love guac with my taquitos.
As for the service, it was great until we got to the end of our meal. We waited for about 10 minutes on our bill. Oh well.
At least I know where to get good shredded beef taquitos!! Stick with what you know! -
